Service Fees
Because BrandMark Assist services may involve administrative work that begins shortly after purchase, refund eligibility may depend on how much work has already been completed.
Government Fees
Government filing fees paid or transmitted to a government agency are generally outside BrandMark Assist's control and may be non-refundable once submitted.
Before Work Begins
A customer may request cancellation before substantive work begins. Any approved refund may be subject to non-refundable third-party, payment-processing, or government fees already incurred.
After Work Begins
If research, preparation, drafting, filing, or other substantive work has begun, some or all of the service fee may be considered earned based on the work completed. Refund requests are reviewed according to the status of the service at the time of the request.
